I have been dieing for this perfect game, my idea for a game would bea MMORPGRTS, With warcraft 3 + LoL elements combined. You have a general/commander on both teams. One is building building and players can be the soldiers. THe soldiers can buy equipment via commander building for upgrades. Thier will be varies dungeons in the single map it has and both fractions and each side try and fight for it, and taking down each other. The dungeons will have rewards, and there will be a small world t ogo with it.
The commander can give soldiers (or groups of them) quests and earn gold to buy stuff in base. Same as enemy. Commanding some to defend base and some to go forth and dungeon, and some to attack the enemy. THere will be turrents with very high attack at beginning so nethier oppositions will effect the other early so you can build up or kill anyone who tries and get early rewards, and vice versa. The Commander can also hire NPC units for back up and soldiers can lead the npcs if the commander allows it. There will also be points in the map where you fight for so the commander can have suffient gold to harvest. Players vs Players with a World enviroment, RPG element and a Leader who can actually control the outcome. I think this would be an awsome game!
Classes inside the game will be your normal types, Warrior, specialist, Mage, etc. but they all have lots of subtypes. Like under mage there will be nercomancer or conjurationist. Warriors will have barbarians or paladins. and specialists will have rangers, bards, rouges, trap masters.
Combat would be like WoW's (or more like Savage 2 if you played it) where you very zoomed in on your toon. third to first person. and commander will just have global view (via fog of war) Swinging your sword will be directed like LoL and magic just the same.
What do ya say? good idea right?
